10,000 Steps A Day

I thought it would be easy. I said, 10,000 steps a day? Piece of cake!

Damn. I hate it when I get to prove myself wrong.

Seriously wrong. And I don't even like cake!

Yesterday has given me empirical evidence that on a normal working day, I only take approximately 2500 to 3000 steps. That's a typical 15 hours daily activity.

That means, I only burn 70 KCal a day. That is if I don't shove any food in my mouth the whole day.

I think this is what my mother meant when she said I lead a very sedentary lifestyle.
