First off, I apologize for another diet come back when all the world needs are intellectual write ups that people skim over although w/o even mulling about it.

I am still battling PMS and a recent discovery made it worst.

I have been killing myself, to shed those super extra pounds I gained last Philippine christmas vacation, the past weeks that when I was told Digestive Biscuits was the best office/snacks to be had, I joyfully munched on half a dozen or more of them everyday.

Imagine my horror when the sleuth in me googled Digestive Biscuits and found out the following information:

A biscuit averages around 70 calories, although this sometimes varies according to the factors involved in its production.

Freaking 70 calories per biscuit!! Multiply that by 6, ok fine 9 and I get what? 630 freaking calories and it still leaves me hungry :(

I could have eaten a whole meal with that and be satisfied with it.

There I was thinking I'm actually doing good to my body because it was rumored that it helps with your digestion due to some antacid soda. Wikipedia told me the ungodly truth.

No wonder I still feel heavy without the guilt adding to it.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
